- BeatBridge Music provides advisory services for music catalog transactions, including but not limited to sales, distribution deals, publishing arrangements, and royalty advances. Our services are provided on a success-fee basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- We treat all client information as confidential. Specific confidentiality terms will be outlined in any engagement agreement or NDA signed between parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
- BeatBridge Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for our services.
6. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
