Dual-Sided Brokerage Disclosure
- BeatBridge Music works with both sellers and buyers of music catalogs. This creates potential conflicts of interest that we manage through transparent processes:
- Seller Primacy: When representing a seller, your interests come first. We advocate for the best terms for you.
- Buyer Vetting: All buyer inquiries are vetted. We do not share seller catalogs indiscriminately.
- Disclosure: If a conflict arises in a specific transaction, we will disclose it and, if necessary, recuse ourselves.
- Fair Process: We facilitate competitive processes when possible to ensure market-rate terms.
Information Handling
- Your information is handled with care:
- Stored on secure, encrypted systems
- Accessed only by team members directly involved in your engagement
- Deleted upon request after engagement concludes
- Never sold to third parties for marketing purposes
