HarbourView Equity Partners has acquired the pre-2024 catalog of British rapper Stefflon Don, in a deal announced on May 27, 2026. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
What changes hands
HarbourView takes both the publishing and the recorded music rights to all of the compositions and recordings Stefflon Don released before 2024. Her 2024 studio album Island 54 is not part of the deal, and she keeps control of her new work. She has singles and international collaborations in the pipeline across hip-hop, dance and dancehall. HarbourView says it wants to protect and grow the value of the catalog while continuing to support her creative projects.
The catalog
Stefflon Don, born Stephanie Victoria Allen in Birmingham to a family of Jamaican descent, rose to prominence in 2017 and has worked with Drake, Mariah Carey and Nile Rodgers.

Why it matters
HarbourView has been buying across genres and eras. Its recent deals include assets from the Quincy Jones estate in March 2026, a majority stake in Slipknot's catalog in November 2025, and T-Pain's publishing and select masters. It now owns more than 70 catalogs with around 41,000 songs, and reports $3.88 billion in regulatory assets under management.
The Stefflon Don deal is a useful template for younger artists. A cut-off date lets an artist sell a proven, well-performing body of work while keeping the rights to recent and future releases. Buyers are increasingly willing to pay for relatively young catalogs from UK rap and dancehall acts when streaming data shows a stable audience, especially in the US market.
